Fresh Lemon Pie
Lemon pie is one of the guilty pleasures will all enjoy! It’s creamy, yet it also includes lots of lemony vitamins, so why not enjoy a nice slice of fresh lemon pie!
Ingredients:
- 5 eggs
- 200gr sugar
- 1 glass of sunflower oil
- 250 gr flour
- milk as needed
- 1 lemon
- 1 spoon of baking yeast
- 1 spoon of vanilla powder
- some butter
Preparation:
- Scramble the eggs with the sugar, but beat the white separately, add the oil and continue mixing.
- Add the flour and the milk to create a creamy texture, add the lemon peel and the lemon juice and add it to the mixture.
- At the end, add the vanilla and the baking yeast.
- Spread some butter on the bottom of a pan and add a little flour, add the mixture and bake in the oven at 150° for about an hour.
