Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:
- This prize draw is open players aged 18 or over, except for Employees of our parent company or any of our licensees, software suppliers and developers, their families and anyone else who is professionally associated with the draw.
- A player's total number of prize draw entries is defined as the total amount of approved deposits with any payment method in their Bingo Day account during each contest period divided by 20. The transactions may not be charged back or reversed.
- One winner will be randomly drawn on Monday 2nd February. The lucky winner will receive a cash prize to the value of £1500 paid by cheque, made payable to the bingo account holder and mailed to the registered address. A cash payment can be made into the player's bingo account as an alternative. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferrable.
- Sweepstakes dates are: 12.00 AM 1st January - 11.59PM 31st January 2009.
- We reserve the right to award a different prize of similar stature if the advertised prize is not available for any reason.
- The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the prize draw. If they are not contactable within a further 48 hours via phone or email we will redraw the prize winner.
- Bingo Day requires confirmation from the chosen prize winners that they have read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions before any prizes are issued. If the fore mentioned confirmation has not been received by Bingo Day staff within four working days of the initial winner status notification Bingo Day reserves the right to pick a new winner(s).
- Bingo Day reserves the right to use any winner's first name, country and/or state/province for promotional material. Full name and full address details will not be used. The winner may be invited to take part in post-event publicity.
- Bingo Day reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player/s are participating in strategies that Bingo Day in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, they reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion.
- Bingo Day will not be responsible for any technical, assembly or recall problems in association with the product purchased with gift card.
- Bingo Day has no liability to the winner, whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise, for any injury, loss or damage (including consequential loss) the winner, partner of choice or any third party suffers or incurs arising out of or in connection with the prize.
